The Inspection Process
When you call ER Home Inspection Service LLC, we'll
make every effort to accommodate the time period in
which you need to have your inspection completed. We
highly recommend that you make yourself available to
attend the actual inspection, as this is the time in which
you can make observations with the inspector on
defects found, and also to ask questions.
The actual inspection takes on average 3-3 1/2 hours,
so you can imagine how thorough this process is.
When completed, the inspection report is reviewed, and
any recommendations are discussed.
Often times, other types of inspections may be
required, such as lead paint, mold, radon gas, etc.. If
this is case, ER Home Inspection Service LLC, will
recommend other inspection company's that do these

Fees
The fee for having an inspection completed on an
average size home (2500sf) is $350. All fees must be
paid at the time the inspection is completed.
The inspection is considered complete after the
inspection report has been reviewed and discussed.
